For the benefit of those who haven’t heard of Quidco, it’s a cashback site (the UK’s number one cashback site apparently) which rewards you when you shop by giving you back a percentage of whatever it is you spend.
Sounds a bit too good to be true doesn’t it? I thought the same but having now been a member for six months or so I can confirm that it’s fully legit and catch-free (unless you consider having to wait a few weeks/months for your cashback a catch).
I won’t bore you with the full technicalities of how it works, but basically affiliated retailers pay Quidco for referred sales, and that payment is then passed on to you, the customer – if you want to know more then watch this video.
There are all sorts of retailers on Quidco, from insurance companies to pet shops, but in the spirit of all things Gearwise this post will be looking at the best action sports related sites.
